Context

A multi-company industrial environment handling administrative documents across different formats, templates and languages.

The challenge

Manual entry of invoices, certificates and delivery notes took time, introduced inconsistency and separated document reading from SAP Business One registration.

The response

A Python pipeline combined OCR, LLM-assisted validation and business rules before writing through the SAP B1 Service Layer. Exceptions remained visible for human review.

Outcome

The flow reduced repetitive manual work through extraction, validation and registration.
